• Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday).

• Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Where do we ship to?
Currently we ship only within UK.

Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have your order in our system and we have started our order handling process. 

Order Shipping
Once you place your order, we need 0-1 business days to process it. After your order is processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. 

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping the order has expired and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived by then, please contact us with your order number. 

Damaged or incorrect orders 
Have you successfully accepted your package, but there is damage or incorrect items Please take photos of the problem, include a short explanation of what is wrong and contact us with your order number.

ORDER CANCELLING
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support with your order number and they will cancel your order.
